Terms & Conditions

Please be in mind my commission is character design ONLY, not a Live2D asset!HOW TO
- DM me via Twitter (@Frederett_) first, and we can talk about the design
- You can give me your brief and refrerences, or if you don't have any idea you can discuss it with me first. I can help you creating your ideal character!COMMISSION RIGHT
- You must not trace, distribute, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as their own
- Credit to me is a MUST
- If you want to modify my final design, you must consult and ask me first
- I have the right to showcase the final work for my portfolio (you can request the commission to be hidden until you reveal it first)
- For commercial use (company mascot, game/movie character) price is doublePAYMENT
- I accept DP 50% or all upfront for your booking slot
- All payments are non-refundable and no cancel booking after DP
- I will give the final result and raw file (.psd) after 100% payment
- Indonesia payment via BCA account, and international payment via PaypalREVISION
- Unlimited revision ONLY on sketch phase
- After you happy with the sketch, we will discuss about the color scheme, and you will get 2 times color revision for coloring phase
- NO revision after sketch and coloring phase are done
- Major revision will be charged if the work is near the finishing phaseWORKING TIME
- Estimate of work is different based on the character details. Less details 3-7 working days (weekday), more details 7-10 working days (weekday)
- If you have any urgent deadline please inform me. Thigh deadline will have additional fee or I have the right to refuseCANCELATION
- Client can cancel anytime as long as I haven't receive DP
- After DP I can't cancel and refund, please keep in mind!OTHER
- I will draw it in my own style, and client can change the art style for their final product
- I have the right to accept or reject the commission
- No robot design
- No super muscle character design
- No old character design
- I can draw detail monsters (like dragons or aliens) but please discuss it with me first
